Sclerotherapy is the treatment of choice for most face and leg veins. This procedure involves injecting a sclerosant solution into the desired veins. Blood clots in the vein as a result of this solution, stopping further blood flow. As a result, the veins that have been treated become less visible. Many patients prefer not to have injections in their faces, thus we also provide laser vein treatment. This treatment does the same thing, however it uses non-invasive laser radiation from the skin’s surface to target the veins.
